Measurements of public regulatory infrastructure, with the data and the collection code published alongside.
These report what was observed. They contain no interpretation of what any document requires, no proposed approach, and no framework — the same limit that governs the rest of this site.

- Preprint — not yet deposited. A link appears here once it has one.

- Collection code — published with the dataset, so the probe can be replicated rather than taken on trust.
Why this page exists
The observation loop behind this site runs daily whether or not anyone reads it. Its record accumulates into something that can be measured and cited, and a measurement that has been made cannot be reconstructed later by anyone who did not make it.
