A topic identifier is a record identifier for a publisher-stated value. This page lists the identifiers this record retired, and where the publisher-stated subjects went.

the topics field held this record’s own vocabulary,
typed per entry and cited nowhere, and 77 of the
identifiers it minted had no publisher-stated twin. The field is now
derived from each entry’s own subject_as_stated, so
each identifier minted from it is a record identifier for a publisher-stated value. Those
77 addresses answer as dated retirement pages rather
than 404, and the other 19 identifiers it minted, whose value
a publisher does state, now resolve to the subject facet. The correction
is on corrections.
